I kept on experimenting with human portrait. Actually I only planned to do some "iterative sketches" to get myself familiar with drawing heads at different angles.

Original human portrait is a weakness I still have trouble with. Now with iPad + Apple Pencil + Procreate, it's much easier to do trial and error. I don't have to go sit on my desk and set up my Wacom tablet every time I want to do a little sketching.

After the pencil sketch I next tried to paint in color. Remembering my first Painter lesson, an apple, I picked lychee this time.

My sketch does not do it justice, but Apple Pencil really did it! People at Wacom can take all their Intuos Creative Styluses (Styli) off the shelves now, they should not have released them in the first place.

這次的動物素描畫的又是斑斑 (沒辦法，點點是黑白貓，用不到什麼顏色)。其實跟上次畫的差不多，重點是這張不是手繪而是電繪，而且是用 iPad 畫的。

<續上篇> 依稀記得半年前，某人在某篇 blog 的最後寫道"應該不需要畫太久"。沒錯，就是我! 結果半年來卻只 po 了一篇變壓器插圖的文章。其實進展不是沒有，不過進度還不足以分享，就被生活中的諸多意外給中斷了。這半年來，奶奶過世、公司部門遭到整頓，讓我沒心情畫圖，同時還必需繼續結婚的籌備。上週總算拍完婚紗，接下來的幾個月就要為步入禮堂做最後的準備了。

<續上篇> 暌別 3 個月，終於有點進展可以發表了(是的，只是進展，還沒完成)。會拖這麼久原因很簡單，就是怠惰。雖然說我有工作要忙、有 blog 要寫、也有練習畫些別的東西，但最主要還是因為我懶。

我最近發現一個 iPhone 的遊戲，叫作 Legend of the Cryptids，這是一個 trading card game，也就是像 "Magic, The Gathering" 這樣的卡片遊戲。想當年我也買過幾盒 Magic 卡，只是(幸好)身邊的朋友都沒興趣，所以沒有繼續買下去。
